Tero is the Managing Director of MPS China. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampere, Finland and has also studied Law at the University of Helsinki and Mandarin Chinese in Sun Yat-Sen University in China. He is mainly focused on business development, executive recruitments, China business coaching and management audits coupled with the overall responsibility of  MPS China day-to-day activities.

Tero has more than 15 years of working experience in a broad spectrum such as entrepreneurship, telecommunications, manufacturing and supply chain management in China and in other parts of Asia.

In addition to having strong functional expertise in general management, business development and strategic sourcing, Tero has provided management consulting to several European clients in turning around and re-aligning their businesses in the Chinese market. Moreover, he is the Chairman of the Finnish Business Council in Shanghai. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and is interested in history, economics, philosophy, sports and travel.

Francis was born and raised in China. When she was a teenager, she and her family moved to the U.S. where she studied and lived for over ten years. Graduated from San Diego State University, Francis enjoys 12 years of working experience in sales, operations, project management and general management in the fields of recruitment, 3PL (3rd party logistics) and supply chain consulting. Prior to joining MPS, Francis ran a Nordic supply chain consultancy’s Shanghai office where she and her team provided sourcing, production and logistics advisory services to various global companies in the cosmetic/personal care, fine chemical, automotive, packaging, apparel and heavy machinery industries.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Francis genuinely enjoys working and dealing with people. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her young daughter out playing and traveling. If she still has time left, she likes history, reading, music, arts and dining out.

Wilson received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from East China Normal University in Shanghai. Wilson acts as a partner and as a consultant in MPS China focusing on Executive Search, Assessments and Leadership Audits and is responsible for the management of MPS China research team.

Wilson has more than eight years of experience from the HR field. Before joining MPS China, he worked as a consultant in a multinational HR consulting company. His interests include reading, music and gardening.

Daniel Liang earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and also received an MBA from the same university. At MPS China, he is a Senior Consultant and focuses on executive search, assessment and Leadership Audits.

Daniel has worked for more than 20 years in various industries within multinational, private, state-owned and investment companies as a GM, investment manager, sales manager, project manager and a senior HR consultant.

He has a vast experience and deep insight in investment/project management, executive coaching, assessment and recruitment. His interests include reading, travel, sports, traditional culture and global economy.

Candy received a Master's Degree in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster in London. She joined MPS China in 2005 and has broad experience in executive search and a strong background in recruitment assessment. At MPS China, Candy focuses on helping client organizations in their recruitment and HR assessment challenges.

Before joining MPS China she has gathered experience from projects in the fields of finance auditing and global business strategy consulting. Her interests include movies, travel, calligraphy, music and sports.

Gleaf is a Postgraduate at the Hong Kong University, majoring in Organization & Human Resource Management. At MPS China, she works as a consultant focusing on executive search based on her rich experience in talent recruitment projects.

Before joining MPS China in 2007, she has worked for multinational companies in the manufacturing industry, with specific focus on Human Resource management, Administration and Marketing.

She has rich experience of providing services for the manufacturing enterprises invested by Fortune 500 companies and SME’s. Her interests include reading, cooking, travel and music.

Daisy holds a MSc Degree in Business Administration from University of Central Lancashire in UK. She received the registered Qualification Certificate Agent of Human Resources in 2007. As a consultant of MPS China, her responsibilities include executive search, project management and business development etc. 

Daisy’s in-depth executive search industry knowledge and social connections come from over ten years of working experience. Before joining MPS China, Daisy worked for a well-known search firm focused on hi-tech for five years. In there, she led a team of consultants and specialized on the mechanical and electronic fields for recruitment projects. Most of her assignments were middle to senior level positions across the Greater China and Asia Pacific

During her spare-time she likes stamp collection and enjoys gardening.
