汽车车灯为公司的主要应用领域之一，公司成立了汽车应用研发部门，为了适应公司的发展，此次招聘汽车应用研发部门经理（Automotive Application Manager），工作地点在江苏昆山公司基地。
Position: 汽车应用研发部门经理（Automotive Application Manager）
Report to: 亚太区汽车车灯技术总监 (德国人)
Subordinate: 研发工程师
Location:昆山
工作职责:
- Extend the application lab and facilities
- Hire and train AE personnel
- Provide engineering capabilities to support application projects and tasks
- Perform optical simulation analysis
- Perform mechanical investigations and solutions
- Perform thermal analysis
- Perform prototyping for external and internal communication
- Provide documents and data about AM applications
- Train external and internal based on AM application
- Organize Tecdays within APAC, provide items, extend the items portfolio
- Work in standardization groups, China CCC, communicate with TW and IN on this subject
- Cooperate closely with the application center in EU and NAFTA
职位要求:
- 本科以上，电气工程、光学工程、物理、电子等专业，硕士、博士优先。
- 2年以上汽车车灯相关工作经验。熟悉车灯测试、技术分析等。
- 有责任心，有一定的交流能力，分析能力强。
- 具有独立处理问题能力和团队协作精神。
- 流利的英文口头及书面交流能力。
