This is a company belongs to a famous Fortune 500 French Group, has business in China over 15 years. It has 4 manufactories and 1 rep office, with around 850 employees working in whole China region. This division covers all the businesses making ceramic based materials or components (basically, anything that is not metallic or organic, excluding glass) and crucibles which are used in semiconductor/solar energy industry for Mono-Si growing to their clients.
With the business developing in China, we are looking for the HR Manager for whole Human Resources responsibilities in China region.

Job Purpose:
According to the national and local labor-related laws and regulations, as well as HR policies of the Headquarter, responsible for whole HRM operations, e.g. recruitment, employment relation, C&B, training and performance management, so as to meet the HR demands for business development of SBU.
Main responsibilities (Key Accountabilities):
- According to policies and procedures of the Headquarter, to adapt HRM policies and procedures of the SBU, and ensure the implementations throughout the SBU.
- Develops and implements organization and staffing plans to control personnel costs while maintaining and improving business efficiency.
- Carry out recruitment searches in order to ensure adequate staffing for all key positions.
- Be responsible for whole HRM operations of the SBU, e.g. recruitment, employment relation, C&B, training and performance management, to support the business development effectively.
- Contribute to the business strategy and plans, and assist operating management in making sound economic decisions on HR issues.
- Collects and summarizes HRM related information to provide timely and accurate comprehensive management reports.
- In order to improve SBU performance, undertakes HR oriented project work such as manpower planning, recruiting/employment, labour relations, health and safety, salary, benefits, employee development, and follows up the efficiency of these modifications.
- Develops and implements internal communication policies which ensure the timely and sufficient distribution of information to all employees and labour Unions.
- Selects, trains, appraises, motivates and disciplines HR staff in accordance with Personnel policies to optimize the team contribution.
- To know well of the related labor law, regulations, policies in order to ensure the SBU operating under the law frame.
Qualification Requirements:
Typical Education Level:
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Business Management or other related subjects.
- A master degree is preferable.
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:
- 10 years or above HRM related experience, including 5 years or above in Dept. management.
- 5 years or above in MNC, experience in manufacturing industry is preferable.
- Familiar with national and local updated labor laws, regulations, policies.
