Position: Key Account Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai office
Report to: VP, Sales & Marketing
Subordinate: None
Responsibility
- Develop & maintain highly sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
- Clearly defines customer buying influence for opportunities, understands customer’s specific job/function in the organization.
- Work as effective communicator, positively impacts the sales cycle through interaction with internal resources & customers.
- Recommend changes in pricing strategies, understands & participate in value pricing of products.
- Coach customer on knowledge of our product/services and capabilities.
- Calls on key accounts to cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales.
- Participates in quote review process and presents quotes to the customer.
- Manages the company’s or product lines sales activities, including advanced sales activity.
- Approach targeted accounts, pursues profitable opportunities and provides ongoing service and follow up.
- Effectively controls customer credit & AR.
Professional experience:
- Around 5 years of sales experience, account administration in automobile industry.
- Experience with Japanese auto OEM clients, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc would be highly preferred.
- Good communication and explanation skills are plus.
- Report on and keep informed on competitive activities.
- Gaining knowledge in competitive products & organizations.
- Fluent in English, Japanese (or Korean) and Mandarin is a must.

Education: College degree major in business administration or relevant
Language: Fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese is necessary
