Position: National Franchise Manager
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Sales & Marketing Director
Responsibility
- Responsible for the overall management of the national distributor (service, support, guidance and training, development, etc.; coordinated arrival, increase sales and cash inflow; cost management, etc.);
- The establishment of a complete Franchise Handbook;
- Improve the internal market sales, maintenance, and improve product brand image, increase customer satisfaction, to establish long-term, good, solid regional customer relationship;
- According to the company's business development needs and regional market characteristics, and organizing subordinate collection in the area of product in the market changes and key competitor's sales strategy;
- On the customer profiles, transactions, such as performing a comprehensive analysis; make sure the sales information for timeliness, accuracy and integrity, to sales, purchases, productions, and so on decision-making support;

Professional experience:
Eight years of sales experience, at least five years of sales management experience, two or more years of experience in the field of priority.
