Position: Sales Director
Report to: Country Manager, China
Subordinate: 10-15
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the commercial strategies in defined market segments in the Chinese market
- Proactively identify new business opportunities
- Identify and develop new distributors
- Establish and manage excellent relationships to governmental officials, banks and other key accounts.
- Maximize revenues and profitability
- Effectively lead and motivate the sales staff to increase market share and to achieve targeted projects as team
- Develop customized solutions with distributors and end users
- Analyze competitors within the Chinese market
Education:University degree or above, in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Language:Fluent written and verbal English
Professional experience:
- Minimum of 10 years proven sales and marketing experiences in Manufacturing industry;
- Above 5 years of people management experience in Sales & Marketing;
- Excellent distributor and key account management skills;
- Proven management experience in the field of sales and business development of technical products;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Excellent team management abilities;
