Sales Manager(Shanghai)

Our client is the World Leading supplier and producer of industrial panel and partition systems. Their lightweight but extremely durable mesh panels can be customised and supplemented to suit any application required.

Position: Sales Manager
Report to: Head office in Hillerstorp, Sweden
Location: Shanghai

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish business with the major robotic suppliers together with the Swedish Export Manager.
  • Establish business with the Chinese companies based on a list of all European customer and also have business in China.
  • Identify all Chinese machine producers that export machines to western markets.
  • These companies he/she will promote knowledge in machine safety solutions and quality which are in line with the European Machine Directive and the EU/ISO norms.

Desired profile of the candidate

Education:University education, technical background and/or economy background
Language:Fluent written and verbal English

Professional experience:

  • Experience of sales work to “international” as well as domestic companies
  • Skills to lead, train, drive and motivate the sales team
  • Track record of growth in sales
  • Enjoy and feel comfortable doing business with professional and demanding purchase organizations in big companies
  • Enjoy and feel comfortable in sales to technique oriented people and organizations
  • Establish long term customer relations
  • Sell solutions and know how, not products
  • Start up the business in China as the sole employee.
